Even though you may have your grill or pizza oven outside, or under a gazebo, they both still need smoke extraction; whether it be an individual flue, or gather with flue. Most outdoor gathers also require a fan unit to vent the BBQ area.

The Full Works

This customer wanted a portable BBQ under the gather, but also wanted to be able to use the pizza oven on the same extraction flue. Both are aided by a fan unit at the top of the stack, that is controllable via a dial close to the chef.

The system has been powder coated black to make it more aesthetically pleasing.
